1. Dogs may be kept on the Property only after the Trustees have granted
written permission. Occupiers wishing to keep a dog must submit a formal
application giving full details to of the dog together with a colour photo.
2. The Trustees have sole discretion in determining the suitability of
any dog
3. The dog's details must be entered in the dog registry after permission
is granted
4. The permission may be summarily withdrawn at any time should the dog
become a nuisance. The Trustees will from time to time determine what constitutes
a “nuisance”.
5. It is the responsibility of the owner of the dog to ensure that all
litter caused by the dog is removed from the common area immediately.
6. No dogs are allowed in the communal buildings
7. All dogs must be on a leash and suitably controlled EVERYWHERE in the
Village outside of the owners property.
8. Owners, occupiers and their visitors are not permitted to bring visiting
dogs onto the Property unless permission has been applied for.
9. Failure of dog owners to comply with these rules will result in the
Owner or occupier being instructed to remove the dog from the Property.
10. Maximum size of dogs is 30cm in height. All dogs must wear an identification
tag with owner’s house number and contact telephone number.
11. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances
